We, ShamanLand, release this Privacy Policy to inform you about our data practices regarding our applications that display advertisements or offer in-app purchases.
1. Definitions
App - an application covered by this Policy.
Store - an app store through which the App is distributed, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Personal Information - information that identifies you or another person, such as your first name and last name, physical address, email address or telephone number.
Your Content - files, photos, audio recordings, contacts, text and other content that you create, open or transfer with the App.
Device and Usage Information - information about your device and about how you use the App, such as the device model, the operating system, the IP address, device identifiers, events within the App and crash reports. It does not identify you directly, but some of it, such as the IP address and device identifiers, may be considered personal data under applicable laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Purchase Information - information about an in-app purchase, such as the purchased item, order identifier, date and status of the purchase.
2. Data Practices
The App does not collect Personal Information.
The App does not send Your Content to us or to third parties. Your Content stays on your device, unless you choose to move it elsewhere yourself, for example by sharing it with another app, exporting it to a file, moving it to the gallery of your device or transferring it to your own computer in your local network.
The App collects Device and Usage Information, including, depending on the App: device model, operating system and its version, screen resolution, amount of RAM and model of CPU, language and region settings, version of the App, IP address, advertising identifier (such as Google Advertising ID on Android or IDFA on iOS), app set identifier, app instance identifier, network type, crash reports, and events within the App (such as sessions, levels played, ads viewed or clicked).
We do not receive or store your payment card number or other payment details. If you make in-app purchases, we receive Purchase Information from the Store.
We receive your contact details and the information you give us when you contact us, for example by email.
3. Services Integrated into the App
Depending on the App, it uses the following services:
Advertising: The App may display advertisements delivered by third-party advertising networks. These networks may collect and use the Device and Usage Information described above, including your IP address and advertising identifier, to deliver ads, to measure their effectiveness, to prevent fraud and, where permitted by law and by your consent, to show ads that are personalized to your interests.
Our Cross-Promotion Service: The App may display promotions of our own apps. To select a promotion and to count its views and clicks, the App sends to our server the name of the App, the platform, the language of your device, a random identifier generated by the App, and the events of showing and clicking a promotion.
Analytics: A third-party analytics service receives Device and Usage Information to help us understand how the App is used and to improve it.
Crash Reporting: A third-party crash reporting service receives crash reports to help us find and fix errors.
Remote Configuration: A third-party configuration service delivers settings of the App and receives the app instance identifier.
Notifications: The App may use a third-party messaging service to deliver notifications; the service receives the app instance identifier.
License Verification: The App may check with the Store that it was installed from the Store.
Payments: In-app purchases are processed by the Store. Your payment details are collected and processed by the Store in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
Third parties process the information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
4. How We Use Information
Device and Usage Information: This information is used to operate and improve the App, to analyze its performance and stability, and, if the App displays advertisements, to display them.
Purchase Information: This information is used to deliver purchased items, to restore your purchases and to prevent fraud.
Contact Details: If you contact us, we use your contact details only to respond to your inquiry.
Legal Reasons: We may access, use or disclose your information to other organizations or entities for reasons that are required by any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of ShamanLand, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
We do not sell your information.
5. Children
The target age group of each App is specified on its page in the Store.
6. Content Rating
The age rating and content descriptors of each App are determined through the official rating process of the Store and are shown on the App's page in the Store.
Advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks are not part of the App's content.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Sensitive Information
We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sex life or sexual orientation, genetic or biometric data) on or through the App or otherwise to us.
9. Your Choices
Consent: Where required by applicable law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent through a consent form before personalized advertising is shown and before your information is used for that purpose.
Changing Your Consent: You can review and change your choice at any time in the privacy settings within the App.
Tracking on iOS: If the App accesses your advertising identifier (IDFA) on iOS devices, it asks for your permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt first. If you do not allow tracking, the App does not access the IDFA. You can change this permission at any time in the settings of your device.
Personalized Ads: You can limit personalized advertising in the privacy settings of your device. You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to your interests.
Advertising Identifier: You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in the privacy settings of your device.
Turning Off Collection: If the App offers an option to turn off usage statistics or crash reports, no such information is collected while the option is off. The change may take effect after a restart of the App.
Stopping Collection: You can stop all collection of information by the App by uninstalling it.
10. Your Rights
Controller: The information described in this Policy is controlled by the developer of the App, as named on the App's page in the Store. You can contact the developer at the address given in Contact Us.

International Transfers: The services described in this Policy may process information outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards required by applicable law, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your Rights: Depending on where you live (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
